Are you having trouble logging in? Having trouble uploading? Sometimes these simple (and we know they’re obvious) steps may be enough to solve your issue. We’d be remiss if we didn’t list them here in the troubleshooting section!
Quit Avid or Premiere and restart your computer.
If you’re using the Avid Panel, confirm that the Quickture Avid Helper app is running. On a Mac, you’ll find a little purple Q icon in the top right menu bar, and on a PC you’ll find the little purple Q icon in the system tray in the bottom right. More info at the link below.

Log out of Quickture (in the hamburger menu in the Panel) and log back in.
