Quickture’s Avid Panel includes a feature that allows you to jump to a timecode by clicking in the transcript. We use simulated key presses to move the playhead and special permission may be required, depending on your setup.
If it doesn’t work, you can try the following:
Mac OS X
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility and turn on the switch to allow Quickture Avid Panel to control your computer.
