In order for Quickture to operate, it must connect to our servers. So first, you need an active internet connection! Then, you'll need to open outbound port 443 to the following domains:
Outbound Port 443 [Quickture's AWS servers]
Outbound Port 443 [Gleap, Quickture's Support System Sub-processor]
ws.gleap.io
Outbound Port 443 [Auth0, Quickture’s user authentication provider]
*.auth0.com
If Quickture hangs on the Uploading Sequence progress bar, make sure these ports are open on your system.
We also serve some files at our User Dashboard (dashboard.quickture.com) from our Webflow cdn at cdn.prod.website-files.com.
If you've opened 443 to the URLs above and you're still having issues uploading, it could be due to Amazon S3 dynamic naming in your region. You can fix this by opening the following IP address blocks that cover the AWS services:
Outbound Port 443 [AWS/S3 address block range]
52.219.x.x
3.5.x.x
16.12.x.x
