Our latest beta release brings a slew of new features to help you understand your material and guide your edits.
AVID Support - We're excited to release our free-standing AVID client that lets you easily import AAFs of raw sequences, manage all of your Quickture edits exactly like you can in our Premiere extension, then export a new AAF for easy delivery to your AVID system.
Beat Scoring - Every beat in your footage is scored on a variety of criteria. Our Score Widget lets you get a quick look at the ratings of each beat and a Heat Map makes it easy to spot the most interesting beats.
Control Edit Length - Now you can control the target length of your Auto Edits with an informative slider. The slider shows you the breakdown of your footage (how much dead air, how long each speaker talks) and allows you to select what to include in your cut. Quickture will edit the best version of your sequence in the requested time (or pretty close to it!).
Export Transcripts and Field Reports - Your sequence transcripts are now available for you to use in Scriptsync, or any other utility, in Excel and TXT formats. More formats to come (and please let us know what you need!).
[Premiere Only] Jump to Timecode - This useful Premiere feature allows you to click on the timecode in the sequence jump to that point in the sequence.
Custom Edits - We're rolling out custom models and algorithms for partners who need a more tailored edit. Reach out and let us know if we can train a custom, proprietary model for your series!
